Aerial views reveal extent of Olympic Park

THE organisers of the London 2012 Olympics have invited the world to enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the completed “world-class venues” where the Games will be held next year.

The new aerial images show the transformation which has taken place this year at the Olympic Park in east London, where the games will start in July.

Building is 90% complete and the Olympic Delivery Authority is on track to hand the site over to the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) early next year.
