Child strangles boy aged 4

POLICE in Sweden say a 10-year-old boy has confessed to killing a 4-year-old boy in a village earlier this year.

Police said the boy strangled the younger one with a skipping rope on October 16, but declined to comment on the motive.

Local media reports say the 4-year-old was killed after running off from a playground in the southern village of Ljungby where he had been involved in a dispute with other children.
