Baby is among four killed in Belgium

A BABY was among four people killed by a gunman armed with grenades who opened fire on a square packed with children and Christmas shoppers in the Belgian city of Liege.

He also injured 123 before shooting himself in the head.

Officials named the gunman as Nordine Amrani, 33, a known criminal who had been summoned by police yesterday morning but who never showed up.
