‘Tabak could have let Yeates live if he had wanted to’

VINCENT TABAK could have let Joanna Yeates live if he had wanted to, a court has heard.

Instead he held her by the throat until she fell limp in his hands, jurors at Bristol Crown Court were told.

Tabak, aged 33, denies Yeates’s murder but has admitted her manslaughter.
