Breivik was on intelligence watchlist
Anders Behring Breivik, who has admitted killing 76 people in Friday’s dual shooting and car-bomb attack, raised alarms after buying suspect chemicals from Poland. Norway’s security service said no action was taken as the purchase was legal and there was not enough evidence to investigate further.
In his 1,500-page online manifesto, Breivik said he was “concerned about customs seizing” a quantity of chemicals he was having delivered from Poland.
