Giuliani eyes White House

FORMER New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani says he has not ruled out making a bid for the Republican presidential nomination.

Giuliani, 67, who had a failed run for the presidency in 2008, acknowledges his campaign was deeply flawed.

He has five public appearances scheduled during a two-day visit to the first-in-the-nation primary state of New Hampshire leading to speculation he is going to give it another try.
