Oliver turns to British food

JAMIE OLIVER is to celebrate the glories of British food with his next TV series and book, after years of celebrating world cuisine.

The chef has toured Europe and the US for recent Jamie Does... food series, as well as focusing on Italy for his Great Italian Escape. Now he is to tackle traditional roasts for his next project, Jamie’s Great Britain.

His 30-Minute Meals recipe book is the biggest selling non-fiction title of all time.
