Man accused of beheading was subject of an arrest order

A JUDGE had issued a search and arrest order for the man suspected of beheading a British grandmother in Tenerife, just three days before the killing.

Deyan Deyanov was said to have been involved in a fight a few days before the killing in the Veronicas district of Playa de Las Americas in Tenerife, where witnesses had reported that Deyanov appeared to be on drugs.

Deyanov allegedly tried to buy a large knife claiming “I’m going to kill someone” shortly before he decapitated his victim.
