New dinosaur fossil found

SCIENTISTS have found the fossil remains of a new species of dinosaur about the size of a large dog.

Daemonosaurus chauliodus ate meat, walked on two legs and had unusually large eyes.

Daemonosaurus dates back to early in the dinosaurs’ reign during the Triassic Period around 205 million years ago.
