Bulger mother ‘disgusted’ by killer’s holiday

THE mother of murdered toddler James Bulger has spoken of her fury after it emerged that one of his freed killers was allowed on an unsupervised holiday abroad.

Denise Fergus said she was “disgusted” following reports that convicted murderer Robert Thompson was permitted to travel on a “lads’ trip” to Europe while on parole.

The revelation comes after it was discovered that Thompson’s accomplice Jon Venables, who is now back behind bars for child porn offences, was allowed on a holiday to Norway following his release.
