Gaddafi: All Libyans armed, ready to fight

MUAMMAR Gaddafi has said that all Libyans were armed and ready to fight until victory against “barbaric aggression”.

“We promise you a long, drawn-out war with no limits,” he told state television.

The leaders of Britain, France and the United States will “fall like Hitler... Mussolini,” he said as the US and European militaries blasted his forces with airstrikes and more than 100 cruise missiles in two waves, hitting air defences and at least two major air bases and shaking the Libyan capital with explosions and anti-aircraft fire.
