Two tourists shot in India

TWO gunmen on a motorcycle shot two tourists yesterday near one of India’s biggest mosques, police said.

The gunmen randomly opened fire near the Jama Masjid in New Delhi, hitting tourists who were in a bus parked near the mosque. The two tourists were taken to hospital and their condition was stable.

The shooting raises concerns about security in New Delhi which is hosting the Commonwealth Games in two weeks time.
