Jackson death court hearing

A JUDGE has set a date for a preliminary hearing for the doctor charged over Michael Jackson’s death.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor scheduled the hearing for Dr Conrad Murray for January 4 during a brief court session.

Murray was in court.
