Jail term for Bloom burglary

AN aspiring model was jailed in the US after admitting breaking into the home of actor Orlando Bloom.

Alexis Neiers pleaded no contest to a felony burglary charge and was sentenced to up to six months in county jail after reaching a deal with prosecutors.

Neiers, 18, entered the plea shortly before her trial was due to begin in Los Angeles.
