Two large dogs attack baby

TWO large dogs tore off a six-month-old baby’s nappy and mauled him after his mother left him alone in a carrier on the floor.

Police in Murrieta, California, said the 22-year-old mother was at her friend’s apartment and had left the room.

Sergeant Bob Landwehr said the pit bull and pit bull-cross attacked the baby, tearing off his nappy and biting his genitals. The mother and friend heard screaming and rescued the baby, who was taken to hospital, where his condition was not revealed.
