Arrest in pub freezer body case

DETECTIVES were questioning a 49-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murdering a woman whose body was found in a pub freezer.

DETECTIVES were questioning a 49-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murdering a woman whose body was found in a pub freezer.

The man was arrested after police found the body in an outbuilding at the Compasses Inn, Snettisham, Norfolk.

Police have not named the arrested man. The woman has yet to be formally identified.

A senior detective complained about speculation on internet social networking sites.

Detective Chief Inspector Jes Fry said he was “very concerned” about comments made on sites including Twitter.
