Schindler’s list up for sale

THE only privately held copy of a list that Oskar Schindler drew up of Jews to be saved from Hitler’s concentration camps is on sale for $2.2 million (€1.63m), the seller has said.

The list by Schindler and the accountant Itzhak Stern is dated April 18, 1945, and 13 pages long, Zimet told AFP.

The names of 801 men are listed along with their occupations and birthdates.
