Knowles divorce filing

BEYONCÉ’S mother, Tina Knowles, has filed for divorce from the pop diva’s father and manager, Mathew Knowles.

Ms Knowles began legal proceedings on November 11, according to documents filed with the Harris County Court clerk in Texas. She launched the House of Dereon clothing line with Beyoncé in 2006.

The divorce filing came about a month after Mr Knowles was named in a paternity suit. Los Angeles resident Alexsandra Wright claims that he is the father of her unborn child.
