RONNIE WOOD’S ex-girlfriend has described how their romance became an “evil fairytale”.

Russian waitress Ekaterina Ivanova, 21, broke up with the 65-year-old Rolling Stone guitarist a fortnight ago.

Wood was arrested on suspicion of assault earlier this month over claims that he assaulted his young lover following a public row.
