Stuck in ice

MORE than 100 tourists, scientists and journalists have become stuck in the ice on an Antarctic cruise.

Russian-based Far eastern Shipping Company says the Captain Khlebnikov icebreaker and all the people on board are not in any danger.

A spokesman yesterday told Russia’s Vesti 24 television that the ship is waiting for a stronger wind to begin moving.
