Minogue ‘sorry’ for gender quip

X FACTOR judge Dannii Minogue yesterday apologised to offended viewers over her comments about a contestant’s sexuality.

Danyl Johnson altered the lyrics of Whitney Houston’s And I Am Telling You so that he was singing about a woman, rather than a man.

During the live show last night, Minogue said: “If you’re to believe everything you read in the papers, then you didn’t need to change the gender references in the song.”
