LOOKING like something out of Night of The Living Dead, pop icon Madonna appears to have finally pushed her punishing fitness regime a step too far.

Sporting sinewy arms the 50-year-old pop star shocked onlookers as she stepped out in London on Sunday night in a short-sleeved top that revealed her muscles.

Well known for being a fitness fanatic, it looks like Madonna has pumped one dumb-bell too many as she showed off her bulging veins in a T-shirt.
