Thatcher breaks arm in fall

MARGARET THATCHER was under observation in hospital yesterday after breaking her arm in a fall.

The 83-year-old former Tory prime minister lost her footing at her London home yesterday morning.

Doctors at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital decided to keep her in overnight as a precaution, according to her office.
