Partner killed games addict

A MAN who murdered his partner after she became obsessed with computer games was yesterday jailed for life.

Malcolm Palmer, 62, stabbed Carol Cannom with a lock knife and steak knife in front of their 10-year-old son, Lincoln Crown Court heard.

The court was told 46-year-old Cannom had become hooked on her son’s PlayStation console and would often be on it until the early hours of the morning.
