Stranger strikes dead man with wand

POLICE in North Carolina say a woman who had no connection to a funeral danced in front of the service, waved a wand over the casket, opened it and touched the deceased man before throwing flowers from the casket at the family.

The incident happened at the Church of God in Gray Court.

Officials say funeral attendees said the woman joined the procession, then began to dance in front of them near the casket. According to the incident report, the woman waved the wand over the casket, touched the deceased man then hit him in the head with the wand.
