Incest father Fritzl secretly revisits house of horrors

AUSTRIAN Josef Fritzl has secretly visited the cellar where he imprisoned his daughter for 24 years and fathered seven children with her, police said yesterday.

The visit took place under heavy security as part of a police reconstruction, officials said.

Prosecutors said Fritzl, 73, was escorted on Thursday to his home in Amstetten, west of Vienna, so investigators and his lawyers could take a closer look at the windowless cell police say he built beneath the house.
