Winehouse arrested over alleged assault

TROUBLED singer Amy Winehouse was arrested yesterday, with reports claiming she was being held on suspicion of head-butting a man who had hailed a cab for her.

Police said she had been held on suspicion of assault. Reports say Winehouse is accused of attacking two men in Camden in the early hours of Wednesday morning, head-butting one and punching another in the face.

Winehouse went to Holborn Police Station voluntarily to be questioned over an alleged assault.
