Lucas strikes back over costume

A STORMTROOPER straight from the Star Wars films invaded the High Court in London yesterday and stood glaring towards the judge as a multi-million pound battle began over the costumes used in the George Lucas films.

Mr Lucas is suing prop designer Andrew Ainsworth who made the first helmets and suits for the original 1977 film and is selling replicas made at his studio in London.

The judge, looking at the white armour of the Stormtrooper in front of him, asked: “Will they be there for the entire case?”
