Court ‘baptism’ leaves lawyer with a wet head
Solicitor Fiona Shackleton arrived at the High Court with the former Beatle with her blonde hair in a neat full-bodied bob.
But she looked distinctly bedraggled when she and Mr McCartney walked out after hearing Mr Justice Bennett’s judgment.
Ms Mills laughingly said the lawyer had been “baptised in court”, but refused to say if she threw the water herself.
The former model has not shied away from criticising her ex-husband’s lawyer.
In a statement yesterday, Ms Mills accused Ms Shackleton of handling the couple’s divorce “in the worst manner you could ever, ever imagine”.
Neither Ms Shackleton nor Ms Mills could be contacted for comment.
