Woman aged 101 gets kit off for charity
Nora Hardwick will be Miss November in the calendar, aimed at raising money for her childrenās team Ancaster Athletic in her village in Lincolnshire, eastern England.
Ms Hardwick, who likes a tipple at her local pub the Ermine Way ā where the photo-shoot took place ā said she was slightly nervous when stripping for the camera, albeit draped in a tasteful pink scarf.
āI am always game for anything, especially if itās for charity,ā she said, according to the Lincolnshire Echo. āAnd I did enjoy it, though I donāt suppose I will do it again.ā
Pub landlady Donna Moodie, 37, added: āI thought if Nora would do it, then everyone would. Sheās amazing.ā
Ms Hardwick was not alone in getting her kit off. Local councillor Sandy Ford-Pain, whose nine-year-old used to play for the team and husband Jonathan still coaches the youngsters, said they hoped to sell 400 calendars.
The 35-year-old is Miss December.
Ms Ford-Pain added that locals had raised Ā£1,000 (ā¬1,400) last year after men in the village posed nude in a similar stunt.
