A BRICK hut in England without electricity or running water but boasting panoramic sea views went on the market for £95,000 (€140,000), yesterday.

The semi-detached beach hut in Poole, Dorset, has its own private patio, an inside sitting area, storage cupboards, a sink and battery-operated lights with tiled flooring.

But buyers are not paying for the frugal facilities, lack of basic utilities or limited space on offer.
