Tiger putts baby in public eye

US GOLFER Tiger Woods’ newborn daughter Sam Alexis has appeared in front of the cameras for the first time.

Tiger’s wife Elin gave birth to their first child on June 18 in Florida, less than 24 hours after he finished second at the US Open on Father’s Day.

“Both Elin and Sam are doing well and resting peacefully,” Woods wrote soon after the birth.
