Anna Nicole DNA results

A BAHAMIAN court yesterday refused to prevent the release of DNA results that could reveal the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter.

A three-judge panel of the Court of Appeal rejected a challenge filed by Howard K Stern, the lawyer-turned-partner of the Playboy playmate, right, who died on February 8 in Florida.

The court said that Mr Stern had filed his challenge too late and should have raised his objections before the Supreme Court ordered DNA testing in the paternity challenge filed by Larry Birkhead, a former boyfriend of Ms Smith who claims to be the father of the infant, Dannielynn.
