POSSESSING child porn-style drawings, computer images and sculptures should carry a three-year prison term, the British Government said yesterday.

The Home Office proposed a crackdown on “non-photographic” child pornography, currently legal to own.

But ministers stressed they did not intend to ban “genuine works of art” — following a series of cases which saw police called by members of the public to investigate galleries exhibiting artworks featuring naked children.
