Judge not sure of jurisdiction in Anna Nicole case

A US judge last night expressed doubt that he had jurisdiction to get involved in the paternity dispute over Anna Nicole Smith’s baby daughter, a day after the starlet’s remains were ordered to be buried in the Bahamas next to those of her son.

Smith’s boyfriend Howard Stern is listed on 5-month-old Dannielynn’s birth certificate as her father, but two other men claim paternity.

The case being heard in Fort Lauderdale was adjourned yesterday afternoon.
