Woman rushed to help man with rucksack bomb

A WOMAN rushed over to help one of the alleged July 21 terrorists after he detonated his rucksack bomb because she thought he had been shot, a court heard yesterday.

Ann Coyne was peering over the prostrate figure of alleged Shepherd’s Bush bomber Hussain Osman when she noticed a thick yellow substance oozing from the bag on his back.

It was only then that her mother-in-law pulled her away, warning that the young man was actually a bomber, Woolwich Crown Court heard.
