The 38-year-old pop princess was awarded the number one spot for her sophisticated new look, after an absence from the spotlight recovering from breast cancer.

Supermodel Moss slipped to fourth place in the fashion rankings — while her boyfriend Pete Doherty was named the worst dressed male.
