But her lawyers warned that “the case is by no means concluded”.
They said they proposed to lodge an application for leave to appeal against her convictions.
Driza blew a kiss to reporters and smiled as she was led to the cells.
The judge told her: “Having listened to the evidence in the trial, the judgment I formed about you was that you are a greedy and determined woman.”
“The fact you did not succeed, is a factor that I take into account.

“Accordingly, when blackmailers are caught they are sent to prison in order to make it clear that behaviour of that sort will not be tolerated.” He jailed her for 30 months for blackmailing Judge J and a consecutive three months for stealing the sex videos from Judge immigration judge Mohammed Ilyas Khan.
Judge Beaumont told Driza the video theft had been a way she planned to keep hold of Judge Khan.
Driza — described by judge Khan, as “real chilli hot stuff” — was also recommended for deportation.
She was found guilty of the charges last month and remanded until yesterday for pre-sentence reports.
After she has completed a proportion of her sentence she is expected to be released on licence. The judge told her: “At that time I recommend to the Secretary of State you are deported.”
Driza was employed by both Judge Khan and a female judge known only as Miss J. Neither judge knew she was not entitled to work in Britain.
After the case, the Department for Constitutional Affairs announced an inquiry into the future of the judges.
Driza had once married a killer who was jailed in Italy and is on the run from British police investigating a murder.
She was cleared of blackmailing Judge Khan, but convicted of blackmailing Judge J and stealing the videos.
During the trial, the court heard of Driza’s lurid dealings with the judges.
Judge Khan had embarked on his relationship with Driza after ending his affair with Judge J.
Driza stole two raunchy sex videos from his north London home where she had been living. She said it showed Judge J and Judge Khan together, with Judge J snorting cocaine.
Crown Prosecutor David Markham said after the case: “Although rare, blackmail is one of the ugliest and most vicious of offences.
“Its victims are vulnerable because in order to bring the blackmailer to justice they must themselves make public the secrets the blackmailer has threatened to expose.
