Israeli police storm British Embassy

ISRAELI police commandos stormed the British Embassy last night and captured a Palestinian holed up inside.

There were no reports of injuries. The man had burst into the embassy several hours earlier, demanding political asylum.

Police said the forces seized and disarmed the man after he laid down his pistol for a split second to eat food they had given him. It was later reported that the gun was plastic.
