Swinging: trial reveals club world

THE Tommy Sheridan defamation trial lifted the lid on the seedy world of swingers’ clubs.

During his legal battle against the News of the World, former Scottish Socialist Party (SSP) leader Tommy Sheridan consistently denied ever visiting such clubs.

But both journalist Anvar Khan and SSP member Katrine Trolle claimed in court to have gone to the Cupid’s swingers’ club in the Swinton area of Manchester with the married politician.
