Da Vinci stars make tracks to Cannes premiere

THE stars of movie blockbuster The Da Vinci Code began their worldwide promotional blitz yesterday with a trip on the Eurostar.

Tom Hanks and fellow cast members were travelling to the Cannes Film Festival, where the big-screen adaptation of Dan Brown’s bestseller will have its world premiere tonight.

And they were hoping to enter the record books by making the longest international non-stop rail journey to get there.
