Abraham issues nuclear warning

WARNING of a “determined and imaginative enemy,” US Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham has called for countries to find and secure all unprotected nuclear and radiological materials to avoid their misuse by terrorists.

Mr Abraham said it was important to create an inventory of such high-risk materials worldwide.
