Beckham ‘in talks over cameo role in Pink Panther movie’

SOCCER star David Beckham was yesterday reportedly in negotiations to star in the forthcoming Pink Panther movie.

The England midfielder would play a cameo role as a footballer in the film, which follows a detective trying to solve the murder of a famous soccer coach and the theft of the Pink Panther diamond.

According to the Hollywood Reporter newspaper, Beckham has to resolve a scheduling clash before committing to the movie, which includes Steve Martin and Beyonce Knowles.
