Boy, 13, raped two youngsters, court told
The boy, from the Lydney area of the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire, was with four boys, all The jury watched a taped police interview of one of the alleged rape victims, a seven-year-old, who said the defendant had been making them do “dirty stuff”.
He said: “He threatened to beat me up if I didn’t do what he said. He said ‘if you tell anyone I will beat you up’.
“We ran away crying. We were crying because it hurt.”
Mr O’Brien said the defendant, who sat with his parents in court, was “of good character” and had never been in trouble with the police before. under 10, at a recreation ground when he threatened them to do as he said or he would beat them up, a jury at Gloucester Crown Court was told.
Prosecutor Nick O’Brien said the boys had been playing when the defendant made them stand together, kiss each other, take out their penises and touch each other.
It is the Crown’s case that he then raped two of the boys causing “horrible pain” and made others do the same to him, leaving them in tears.
The jury of five women and seven men heard the boy said he would attack them if they did not comply.
He denies two counts of rape, one of indecent assault and four counts of indecency with a child between September 2001 and April 2002.
All charges refer to four boys, three aged nine and one aged seven.
Mr O’Brien said: “The defendant is very young but in relation to the other boys he is both bigger and older than they are.
“They went with him because he bullied them and frightened them into carrying out these sexual acts.
