Builder denies fetish charge

A BUILDER with a fetish for women’s underwear broke into houses and stole thongs, g-strings, sex toys and photographs over a 15-year period.

The extent of Andrew Stephan’s theft only came to light when the new boyfriend of his estranged wife found a hoard of knickers and vibrators hidden in his house while doing DIY, Truro Crown Court was told.

Stephan, 41, of the island of St Mary’s in the Isles of Scilly, denies 14 counts of burglary, six of theft and one of witness intimidation.
