Love overdoses after arrest for substance abuse

ROCK STAR and actress Courtney Love was admitted to hospital with a suspected drug overdose yesterday following her arrest after allegedly smashing windows at a friend’s Los Angeles home.

Police responding to a burglary call found Love, aged 39, standing outside the house where and she admitted having broken four windows in an attempt to enter, Police Lieutenant Art Miller said.

She was booked on an allegation of being under the influence of a controlled substance and released.
