Builders' providers firms face financial challenges

DESPITE a buoyant construction industry, builders' providers firms claim to be facing commercial and financial challenges.

Among these are the control of overheads and employee costs, maintaining gross margins, customer retention, finding suitably experienced employees and the potential saturation of the market.

The findings form part of a new survey conducted by Deloitte.
