Teenager sues parents

A GIRL described as a “teenage Paris Hilton” has failed in a bid to sue her parents for child support, it emerged today.

The 18-year-old, from New York, was accused of living a wild lifestyle ever since moving out of home almost two years ago.

She rented an apartment and was expelled from school after allegedly spending several nights a week in Manhattan’s trendiest clubs while dressed in the latest designer clothes.

Identified only as Juliana N, the teenager took her quest for cash to Brooklyn Family Court, demanding her parents pay child support.

But Support Magistrate John Fasone threw out the claim, arguing that she willingly moved out of her mother’s home and had since ignored her parents’ pleas to return and finish school.

He ordered her to cover her mother’s legal fees, branding the lawsuit “frivolous,” according to the New York Post.

Juliana claimed she had moved away from her mother, Roxanne, in July 2003 after years of abuse and neglect.
