US should not have invaded Iraq, says Clinton

THE US should not have invaded Iraq, former US President Bill Clinton has said.

Mr Clinton said he would not have invaded the country “unless I could have done it under the authority of the UN resolutions”.

America, he said, is in a position where it should “build the habits and institutions of co-operations that will give us a world with more partners, fewer terrorists and a world we’d like to live in when we’re no longer the only superpower”.
