Kilmer on stage

BATMAN star Val Kilmer is making his West End stage debut in The Postman Always Rings Twice.

The 45-year-old has signed up for the starring role of Frank in the psychological drama, which opens in May.

The new production from the West Yorkshire Playhouse opens at London’s Playhouse theatre.

Charlotte Emmerson, who has appeared in the Alan Clark Diaries, Foyle’s War, EastEnders and Holby City, will co-star with Kilmer as Cora, in the adaptation of the James M Cain novel.
